4.1 Booking
Appointments, service providers, and scheduled times are subject to change based on same-day availability. The latest confirmation sent via text message will be considered the final appointment confirmation.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by service provider. Please review the policy shown during booking.
4.3 No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in fees or loss of deposit, depending on provider policy.
5. Payments
5.1 Payment Processing
All online and in-person payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment processors, including Stripe. We do not store full credit card information on our systems.
5.2 Pricing
All prices displayed during booking are subject to change without notice. A processing fee of up to 3% may apply to certain credit card transactions. Debit card payments are not subject to processing fees. Cash, Venmo, and Zelle payments may also be accepted depending on the location and service provider.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are subject to the service provider’s cancellation and refund policy. We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of misuse or fraud.
6. Stair Access Notice
Please note that our Palm Springs location is located on the second floor of a historic building and does not have elevator access. Clients should carefully consider their comfort and ability to use stairs before booking, as stair access is required to enter the spa.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
